Hello my lovely people!!! Ever eager and always ready to indulge in its sub-culture roots, Ed Hardy’s spring-summer collection more than meets the expectations consumers have to be awed, inspired and glamorized, all at the same time. Balancing themes of Rock n’ Roll and Biking, the Ed Hardy designers have borrowed from these cultural revolutions and artfully conceived a line that is the only alternate voice this summer. It boldly embraces blacks and whites in a season that’s typecast into breezy colours, it masterfully mixes the rough with the glamorous and gives it all a fine finish with its distinctive tattoo-graphics signature. The Biking inspired line stays away from predictable interpretations and focuses instead, on the underlying ethos of rebellion and individualism. Typography graphics, bandana prints, graphic tees and ragged denims are infused with current trends to make each piece a timeless must-have in any counter-culture aficionado’s wardrobe. Staying close at heels, is the Rock n’ Roll inspired collection that mirrors the rage of that revolution with graphic tees, bold prints, ragged and washed out denims, chunky studs and stones, all-over graphics inspired by church paintings, all over cross prints, red and black plaids and a wild, willful juxtaposing of tattoo-art. So take center stage as you sway to the beat of this stunning collection! Summing up summer with them; here’s a quick sneakpeek of how a part of their summer looked like. I have curated two varied looks for them. First one; is their signature tattoo print t-shirt in combination with a blue tie dye denim shirt around my wait paired with our generous pair of denim jeans. Blue slip on shoes compliment the look even better. Accessorizing the look smartly is my pair of sunglasses and a few wristbands around my wrist. Coming to the second look, this look is more of the biking inspired one. I am wearing a olive green shirt paired with a military green pants and brown boots. I thought of keeping it minimal on accessories and simply natural with respect to the solid hues of the outfit itself. Hope you guys loved both the looks!
