Hello my lovely people!! From my last posts, featuring Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway(property and spa), it is definitely one of the most interesting hotel spaces in India for me, having travelled the country and the world and experienced hospitality everywhere. Coming to the gist of this post; Food is and will always be one of the most important parts of the blog and my life.
So while I was at my exclusive stay at Sheraton Grand Bangalore, I was more than happy to experience their in house restaurants and cuisines. Now let me start briefing you on a bit of each restaurant I fine dined at.
Bene – The Italian restaurant
Bene is an award winning Italian Restaurant at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, where I was offered an exclusive range of divine Italian food. The restaurant had a characteristic Italian/Californian style in contrast to the traditional Italian décor. We chose our picks from an impressive array of appetizers and salads, soups, pastas, pizzas, cheese, all of which were impeccably flavored and were made from authentic recipes with innovative and exquisite presentations.

FEAST – All day dining restaurant
Feast, the Signature multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Sheraton Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway offered us an excellent interactive dining experience with live cooking stations, mini floating kitchens. Individual counters and open kitchens catered to the varied palate of me and other guests. The range of food on offer made it a perfect getaway for family and friends to indulge in their eclectic food choices.
The average pricing per person:

Paired Menu
Paired is an imaginative menu available at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel. The menu comprised of artisanal small plates and eclectic bar snacks served alongside suggested premium wines and local craft beers.
The right beverage, from Sheraton’s handpicked premium wines and craft beers, is paired with food to complement each unique small plate and accentuate its rich flavors.
PERSIAN TERRACE – The feel of a Persian joint
The search for tranquility, temptations and a toast of a weary traveler like me charting the meandering roads of city life ended here. The varieties of Arabic exoticness, the Award Winning restaurant- Persian Terrace had to offer, was enough to take my mind away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Mouth-watering mezze platters, taste bud enticing pita breads, dips and cocktails took me to the tranquil sunsets of the Arabian deserts.
The smoking cocktails at Persian Terrace are of a style that you won’t find anywhere around India. The smoke is unfused with fresh fruit and alcohol, for example the champagne pearl which has champagne, strawberries, and grapes. They have 5 smoking cocktails on the menu.
The location of the restaurant is near the Spa and Fitness centre on level 4 of Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway with easy access to the upcoming Shopping mall. It serves dinner from 6:30pm to 11:30 pm and can accommodate 80 guests.
