The biggest strength of the colour black is its flexibility. Forget those who say it’s boring, or easy, or ‘Goth’, because versatility is your best friend in today’s menswear. Here’s a few words of wisdom before revealing today’s look. Plain black, crew neck pieces can be found anywhere and will always remain in style no matter what; keeping it simple is the very backbone of the all-black look. If you’re looking to turn it up a notch, there are plenty of graphic tees that endlessly experiment with blends of black, grey and white. Monochrome is always a winner, regardless. Since its winter already, a layered look definitely gives you brownie points. Giving you a clear gist of the above description, is my all- black look for today; I opted for this black round neck graphic t-shirt, layered it with a bomber jacket (remember brownie points) and paired it smartly with a greyish black washed jeans. To finish off the look, I have bunnies on my head, black leather boots on my feet and to keep it minimal on accessories, I have a few wristbands on my wrist. Without a doubt, the best part of an all-black outfit is the convenience of it all. The very best style is timeless, and therefore, simple. Don’t over-calculate your look and trust your gut instinct.
